Last Wednesday night Marijuana legalization was celebrated nationwide. There seems to be less dispensaries in Vancouver now than a year ago, but we were still celebrating with parties around the city. The one everyone wanted to attend was a free Cypress Hill show at Fortune Sound put on by DNA Genetics dubbed ‘High Tea’. 300 lucky people who were paying attention to social media when it was announced received the free tickets.

Mix Master Mike set it off for 10 minuntes to hype the crowd before B-Real & Sen Dog took the stage with their percussionist. They opened with Band of Gypsies from their new album but were quick to dig in to their classics starting with Dr Greenthumb shortly after. 5 minutes into their set B-Real sparked a massive J that burnt for the duration of their 45 minutes set which consisted of mostly classics (How I Can Just Kill a Man, Insane in the Brain, Rock Superstar, Hand on the Pump) and a 5 minute routine featuring Mix Master Mike and Bobo.
