FEB 8, 2017 – Killer Mike and El-P, better known together as Run the Jewels, are arguably the biggest duo in hip-hop right now. They have released 3 critically acclaimed albums in the last 4 years and have toured non-stop during this time as well. To say that these guys have a lot of hype to live up to would be a severe understatement.
Despite this, the acclaimed duo is calm and collected on stage and bring an eased, in your face performance that holds back no punches. It really feels like they bring their all and take their adoring fans expectations very seriously. Rolling through their catalog of bangers from RTJ 1 through 3, Run the Jewels left a packed PNE Forum in Vancouver hanging off every multi-syllabic rhyme and begging for more by the end of the show.
